Waterjet cutting for porcelain

PietraCasa use waterjet technology to cut porcelain from 3 - 30mm thicknesses with incredible accuracy. Large porcelain slabs can be waterjet cut to any detail, including mitring for site assembly to deliver the very best design projects. PietraCasa work with porcelain tile specialists in both the United Kingdom and Italy to realise bespoke designs with incredible accuracy.

PietraCasa can assist architects and designers in developing concepts into reality. We can also create tile plans, cutting schedules and technical drawings to assist the porcelain fabrication and installation process. PietraCasa are also able to handle all of the logistics requirements, including collection of tiles from Europe, organising fabrication and delivery to site, whether for high-end residential or commercial projects throughout the UK.

Professional tile installation

We are very proud of our in-house team of tiling specialists, who along with an excellent team of subcontractors deliver some of the best projects along the South Coast. We invest heavily in the team, embracing the latest training and equipment to deliver the very best finish for our clients.

Our installation team often come from multidisciplinary backgrounds, so are multi-skilled and therefore have a thoughtful rounded out approach to the complete project. The team are supported by the technical expertise of our suppliers and liaise with on site technical representatives to ensure the precise installation that will stand the test of time.

Bespoke porcelain fabrication

As tile specialists working with architects, interior designers or the in-house design team at Abitalia, PietraCasa are able to deliver the most demanding and technical of designs.

With the team at PietraCasa understanding the technical properties of not just porcelain, but also the potential and limitations of substrates, they can assist with the design and manufacture of bespoke furniture, kitchen worktops, bathroom vanity units, fireplace surrounds and architectural objects.

CPD's and training

PietraCasa offer a selection of CPD seminar topics, with half RIBA / BIID approved. We also have a collection of Lunch & Learn sessions, which focus on certain product ranges. Our CPD seminars and Lunch & Learn sessions are delivered by our experienced team, ensuring a solid learning experience.

Our CPD seminars are available in a choice of 11 different topics which will help you to achieve best practice. Each seminar is 45-60 minutes long and has been crafted to address a key application area, so you can easily select the presentation that best fits your needs.

Alternatively, if you’re looking for bite-size learning for particular products, our Lunch & Learn sessions are designed for more informal training. These highly focused sessions hone in on a number of different products within our portfolio, discussing uses and distinguishing features as well as stimulating creativity.
